We suggest you choose your rental window to start 3 days before your Wedding Event Date to ensure your package arrives on time and you feel prepared heading into your weekend. Example: If your wedding is on Saturday, you can select a Wednesday rental start date. The last day of your rental window is the deadline to drop off your package at UPS for return shipping.

If you’re traveling for a destination wedding, you can add additional days to your rental period in the upper left corner of the calendar. Always choose your rental period to start at least 1 day before your travels. Each day is an additional $25 rental fee that will automatically be added to your package total.
